Our Booking policy is on a first paid first served Basis. A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve dates. By paying the deposit you accept terms and conditions.
In the event customer postpones event date due to Pandemic, non-weather or act of god related conditions, Silverio Party Rentals will make every effort to reschedule rental on an alternate date.
All cancellations will result in the deposit and any other monies paid being held as a rain check which can be used at a later date (valid for up to 1 year).
NO REFUNDS, only rainchecks for rescheduling a new date.
